This will be my first blog and I have been wanting to write something about Safety and don't have any idea what will come out on this. But any way I just want to get some opinion about something that happened in our site.

 I just want to get an answer about non-reportable and reportable job injuries, based on the incident in our project. We have an incident that involved a VENDOR, not a sub contractor
the IP suffered a major injury that if reported may result to an LTI, but based on the client's procedure, only contractor and subcontractor need to report an injury to the client. The IP is an employee of the VENDOR of the Contractor. Can anybody please clear this thing up, any standard that I can relate to on this? Thanks
